ELIGIBILITY/TYPE OF EVENT: Non-competitive, non-timed. Walk, jog or run at your own pace. It is open to all and families are encouraged to participate. Children under age 12 must be accompanied by an adult. Everyone participating MUST register and carry a Start Card and turn it in at the FINISH. This event normally will be held regardless of weather conditions.

STARTING POINT: Winedale Historical Complex, Theatre Barn #5

STARTING POINT ADDRESS: 3738 FM 2714, Round Top Tx 78954-4901

DIRECTIONS: From Houston, take US 290 West past Burton.  After Burton, bear LEFT onto TX 237 toward Round Top.  At Round Top, LEFT onto FM 1457.  After about 3 miles, LEFT onto FM 2714.  After about 1 mile, watch for parking on the RIGHT.

START and FINISH TIMES: Start from 09:00 AM to 12:00 noon; finish by 3:00 PM.

DISTANCE: 10km/5km (6.2mi/3.1mi) The route may be walked twice on the same Start Card for 20 km distance credit.

AWARD: IVV credit event.

TRAIL DESCRIPTION: Trail is rated 1A, along paths. Wheel chairs or strollers may have some difficulty. Leashed pets are welcome. Pets are not allowed.

REFRESHMENTS: Water will be available at the Start/Finish and checkpoints.

REGISTRATION & FEES: No pre-registration.  $3.00 fee per participant.
